Reporting to the Director, System Transformation & Re-Engineering, Sensei, the System Transformation Operations Facilitator position is responsible for coordinating and operationalizing STAR-supported transformation activities, enterprise transformation activities, and organizational improvement systems within the System Transformation & Re-Engineering (STAR) department. This position serves as a key operational enablement function within STAR’s transformation support model and is responsible for strengthening the operational infrastructure, coordination systems, governance support processes, and execution disciplines that sustain enterprise transformation efforts and organizational improvement activities.
The System Transformation Operation Facilitator partners closely with STAR Leadership, STAR Facilitators, executive sponsors, operational leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to support coordination and operational execution of STAR-supported transformation initiatives, governance activities, operational workflows, and enterprise engagement efforts. This role serves as a key operational liaison responsible for supporting execution alignment, communication, operational readiness, and sustainment activities across enterprise transformation efforts.
This role provides operational coordination and sustainment support for STAR-supported organizational improvement programs and engagement activities, including the Implemented Improvement Idea Program, Lean Annual Conference, and Executive Huddle. Additionally, the position oversees the sustainment of STAR operational infrastructure including governance support systems, communication platforms, operational workflows, resource repositories, visual management systems, and enterprise transformation support processes that strengthen organizational alignment, accountability, and execution consistency.

Required:
- Five (5) years of demonstrated experience at a professional level in enterprise operations, transformation operations, program management, organizational improvement, operational excellence and/or cross-functional initiative coordination
- Experience must include leading or coordinating complex enterprise initiatives, governance activities, stakeholder engagement, operational planning, and execution management within a matrixed organization environment
- Demonstrated experience developing and sustaining operational workflows, governance processes, standard work, communication systems, and enterprise support infrastructure that strengthen organizational alignment, accountability, and execution effectiveness
- Prior healthcare experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Preferred:
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Certified trainer or group facilitator

- Lean Transformation, systems thinking, operational excellence, and organizational change principles
- Executive communication practices, presentation development, and operational reporting methodologies
- Visual management systems, Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI), standard work, and operational reporting methodologies
- Organizational communication, collaboration, and cross-functional operational alignment techniques
- Operational risk identification, issue escalation, and execution management processes
- Advanced organizational, operational coordination, and program management skills within complex enterprise environments
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills
- Ability to develop operational workplans, governance structures, communication materials, and implementation frameworks
- Ability to coordinate multiple enterprise initiatives and operational activities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution discipline
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of leadership and operational teams
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to analyze operational processes and identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and execution alignment
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes using process modeling tools such as Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
Proven ability to:
- Coordinate and operationalize complex enterprise initiatives and organizational improvement activities
- Manage competing priorities and operational demands within aggressive timelines and evolving organizational environments
- Influence and collaborate effectively with executive leadership, operational stakeholders, facilitators, and cross-functional teams
- Strengthen organizational alignment through effective operational coordination, governance support, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop sustainable operational systems, workflows, and support structures that improve organizational execution and accountability
- Apply systems thinking and continuous improvement principles to improve operational effectiveness and enterprise transformation capabilities
- Exercise sound judgement, professionalism, discretion, and strategic thinking within sensitive or high-visibility organizational initiatives
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences including executives, operational leaders, frontline teams, and external stakeholders

Pay Range
- $91,249.60 USD Annually - $120,910.40 USD Annually
