Life at IEHP
Because much of your work at IEHP involves creating a compassionate space where whole health and wellbeing can thrive, having fun and developing strong relationships with each other is vital to our Mission:
“ To heal and inspire the human spirit. ”
You’ll find that all of us at IEHP are compelled by our Mission and empowered by our leaders to unleash our creativity, courage and compassion in all we do. It is truly a great place to work.
But don’t take our word for it. IEHP was recently counted among the top Great Places to Work by Forbes Magazine, ranking #15 of Best Workplaces in Health Care™.

Making a Difference
At IEHP, you’ll be constantly reminded of how your everyday work is making a difference in the lives of our Members, Providers and Team Members.
You’ll take part in our monthly Making a Difference (M.A.D.) Meetings, led by our CEO, Jarrod McNaughton. You’ll hear stories from the people we are impacting and be inspired to give your all.
Outside of your everyday work, you’ll be given ample opportunity to volunteer directly within the community. You’ll have the opportunity to write and decorate postcards for seniors who live alone, adopt families during the holidays, and donate backpacks to kids for their return to school – just to name a few.
Additionally, you’ll automatically be part of IEHP community health initiatives, like the IEHP Community Resource Centers located throughout the Inland Empire, offering free community services and resources to the public. Exapmles include:
- Fitness classes
- Wellness education programs
- A computer lab
- A demonstration kitchen equipped for cooking classes and educating the public on healthy eating and managing wellness through food
- On-site partner agencies that can help people connect to vital social services, such as affordable and emergency housing, food, employment development and placement, youth mentorship and education, legal counseling and more

You’ll find that empowerment springs from the ground up at IEHP. From Team Member development to career coaching, myriad growth and advancement opportunities await you.
Even more, you are encouraged to actively participate in refining company processes to make your job more efficient, effective and impactful.

You have a voice at IEHP. With LEAN Process Improvement, you are empowered to identify inefficiencies and come up with better ways of doing things. You can even present your ideas to the entire company and be celebrated for them every year at our LEAN Conference.
The LEAN Conference is both a team excellence expo and a competition to recognize improvements and innovations implemented by IEHP Team Members.
