Additional Benefits to Choose from Every Year
When you complete at least one year of service, you become eligible to select one of the following benefits annually:
- Student Loan Reimbursement: a maximum of $5,250 per year, up to four years total (combined with tuition reimbursement)
- Tuition Reimbursement: a maximum of $5,250 per year, up to four years total (combined with student loan reimbursement)
- Lifestyle Spending Account: a maximum reimbursement of $3,000 per year for approved wellness expenses (such as gym memberships, tennis lessons, yoga classes, a down payment on a home, life coaching, annual park passes and much more)
