Finance
As a member of the finance team, you will be a steward of the funds entrusted to us to spur innovation and elevate service in health care. Our finance team specializes in:

As a systems analyst, I enjoy the consistent need and challenge of researching, testing, and discovering new ways to simplify processes. It keeps my work interesting, and it allows us to learn and evolve as an organization – and I find that very fulfilling.
Administration/ Leadership
If you have a heart for people and the talent for developing relationships, there is a place for you. As the head of IEHP, you’ll have the tools needed to show up well for our community members and to keep inward mobility flowing upward.
- Our Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Department ensures that IEHP maintains strong relationships with federal and state regulators and that we meet and exceed regulatory requirements.
- Our Government Affairs Department advocates for policy, legislation and regulatory change at the local, regional, state and federal levels.
- Our Human Resources Department recruits, develops and retains 5-star talent with competitive compensation and benefits.
- Our Legal Department identifies and assesses all legal risks, protecting the organization from liability.
I love working in Compliance and Regulatory Affairs. Federal and State regulations are always changing. In Compliance, we ensure the Plan is aligned with these changes so we can continue providing quality care to Members across the Inland Empire. Working in Regulatory Affairs means I am on the forefront of these changes and play an active part in shaping the health landscape of our region. It’s an honor to be a part of that.
Health Services
As part of Health Services, you will have the privilege of placing our Members at the center of your universe every day, ensuring their needs are met by providing effectiveness, trustworthiness and efficiency in collaboration with several departments.
These departments include Care Management, Behavioral Health, Community Health, Health Education and the Housing Team. All of these work alongside Pharmacy, Health Services and the Utilization Management Department to provide excellent care and coordination to the Members and Providers we are privileged to serve.
After 26 years, I wake up every day still loving what I do. I get to make a difference in someone’s life every day and get paid for doing it, that’s a win-win for me! What IEHP does for this community and being able to be a part of this organization is amazing. I love this company and everything it stands for.

Coordination Manager
Operations
From the IEHP Member Services Call Center to Provider Services, LEAN Process Improvement, Facilities Management and more, the Operations Team strives to make IEHP a top health plan. As part of that team, you will be the boots on the ground working to make a difference and improve the lives of our Members, Providers and Team Members every day.
What I do now I don't do for the money. It’s for the opportunity to be that person who, by answering a call, puts that patient on the right road to recovery. To place her in the hands of those medical professionals who can give her the care and treatment needed to make her better. By just answering the phone, you could be the difference between whether a Member lives or dies.
Internships
IEHP offers real-world work experience to students of all backgrounds, and disciplines. Whether you are a medical student, public health student, graduate student or student of business, finance, marketing or administration, we have a vested interest in partnering with you as a leader of tomorrow.
I would definitely recommend IEHP to other students. The work environment, the openness and friendliness from everyone, makes it so encouraging to want to keep performing to the best of my abilities and improve so that I can do more for the team. I also like how I can choose to help people in different areas, whether the writing team, design team, web & social media team or digital team. I would absolutely take a job here after graduation.
