The Learning & Development Partner Associate works in close partnership with the Learning & Development Partner (LDP) to identify, design, and implement learning initiatives aligned with IEHP’s strategic and operational objectives. This role provides essential analytical, design, and operational support across the learning lifecycle, from needs assessment through implementation and evaluation, to enhance employee capability, performance, and organizational effectiveness. The Learning & Development Partner Associate may independently develop training solutions or collaborate with instructional designers and L&D team members to create scalable, high-quality learning experiences.

Education & Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in training, curriculum development, instructional design, or learning experience development focused on adult learners required
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) or other learning technology platforms
- Experience working in a consultative support role within Education, Healthcare, IT, Marketing, or related industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field from an accredited institution required
Key Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory
- Familiarity with digital authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, Canva, Vyond, etc.
- Exposure to design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud) or video editing tools preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies

Pay Range
- $71,572.80 USD Annually - $93,038.40 USD Annually
