The Director of Enterprise Architecture & Emerging Technologies is a pivotal strategic leadership role responsible for driving and shaping architectural strategy, technological innovation, and technological transformation within the organization to enable long-term business success. This position bridges technical vision with strategic execution, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancement while maintaining robust, scalable, and future-proof architectural frameworks. The Director partners with executive leadership to communicate technology strategies and foster alignment across the enterprise. This role also builds and mentors a high-performing architecture team, developing talent through coaching and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.

Key Qualifications
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance implications for technology
- Advanced comprehensive knowledge and understanding in the following areas:
- System design principles and architectural patterns
- Enterprise architecture tools, applications, platforms, and systems
- Infrastructure design, scalability, and reliability
- Developing and articulating long-term technology vision and strategy
- Change management and technology transformation
- Researching, assessing, and integrating cutting-edge technologies
- Proof-of-concept development and technology evaluation
- Enterprise architecture frameworks and emerging technologies.
- Strategic Planning:
- Ability to develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Executive Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Stakeholder Management: Influence and negotiate across departments without direct authority
- Team Leadership: Mentor architects and build architectural competency across the organization
- Change Management: Drive adoption of architectural standards and new technologies across resistant organizations
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and business risks
- Budget Management: Manage architectural initiative budgets and resource allocation
- Proven ability to:
- Be a strong strategic thinker
- Possess strong leadership capabilities
- Expresses action-oriented and creative approaches to IT architecture issues and problems
- Present issues and challenges in senior management forums

Pay Range
- $193,003.20 USD Annually - $265,387.20 USD Annually
