Under the direction of the Director, Technology - Solutions Delivery, Developer III is responsible for the design, planning, development and maintaining of internal and external applications. This role is responsible to lead the development efforts in team projects. Level III developer is expected to lead by example. The developer will mentor coding activities throughout all aspects of the solution development to produce efficient and high-quality solutions.

Education & Requirements
- Seven (7) years of experience developing multi-tiered applications
- Seven (7) years with SQL Server development
- Five (5) years of experience with software architecture and design concepts
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience transforming requirements into Design Concepts and ERDs
- Experience in web service development across multiple protocols (SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, MSMQ)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Master's degree from an accredited institution preferred
Key Qualifications
- Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices. Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Strong knowledge of software development languages: C# & Java
- Proficient working knowledge of the following subjects: Web UI development (JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and HTML)
- SSIS and SSRS development.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
- An understanding of healthcare systems and healthcare databases is preferred
- Highly skilled in developing and optimizing T-SQL (DDL, DML, DCL) queries with MS SQL Server 2016
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Adept at handling multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Keen attention to detail
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Pay Range
- $118,601.60 USD Annually - $157,144.00 USD Annually
