Position Summary/Position


Primary management and coordination of work related to Medical Management System (MMS) at IEHP.  Position will ensure production stability of the environment, as well as MMS enhancement projects, system upgrades, and vendor relationship.

Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)


1. Organize and lead the periodic business review process between IEHP and Medical Management System (MMS) vendor executive team(s).
2. Drives root cause analysis and corrective action with the vendor, and/or with internal teams for issue resolution.
3.  Facilitate the healthy and effective two-way communication between MMS and IEHP, and ensure that the vendor is adequately supporting IEHP Business and IT Teams.
4. Cost management and invoice tracking related to MMS vendor
5.  Act as primary liaison to MMS vendor for general product support, training, requests and communication.
6. Work with All IEHP teams to capture, prioritize, and define future enhancements, and helping define the MMS roadmap as it applies to IEHP.
7. Facilitate the initiation and roll out of MMS related initiatives and enhancements with impacted IEHP resources, both internal and external.

Experience Qualifications


6 years experience with vendor management.

5 plus years health care support experience. 

Program/Project management experience.

Preferred Experience


IEHP IT support experience preferred.

Education Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.


Significant experience in Manage Medical Support may be considered in lieu of degree: In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience is required.

Ability to learn quickly to ensure rapid transition into and adoption of industry terminology.

Starting Salary: $66,040.00 - $84,200.00

Pay rate will commensurate with experience
