Position Summary/Position
The IT Quality Assurance (QA) Test Delivery Manager will oversee the quality Engineering activity of the IT department and develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality, regression, and reliability testing for IEHP’s products and/or development processes. The primary responsibilities will include but not limited to Quality Engineering, Assurance and Control for IEHP applications.
Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)
1. Develop, implement, and manage IT Quality processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery including creating automated and manual Test Libraries
2. Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
3. Communicate quality standards and parameters to the product development team and other appropriate staff
4. Participate and coordinate product testing processes
5. Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
6. Review user feedback with development and Business team
7. Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies
8. Establish and track QA metrics to demonstrate the progress of the architecture function
9. Own enterprise IT QA, QC, QE or partner networks that are critical to the success of IEHP now and in the future represented by our roadmap and future strategies
Supervisory Responsibilities
Experience Qualifications
A minimum of ten (10) years of information systems experiences as a Lead or Project Manager. Proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing a team at a leadership level.
Of the ten (10) years of experience requirement minimum must have extensive experience in:
- IT Quality Assurance Lead or Manager.
- Successful created and managed IT QA function
- Bringing in thought leadership to the organization
- Experience as facilitator and negotiator/mediator.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or similar technical field from an accredited institution required.
Professional Certification
Agile, TDD or equivalent industry certifications preferred.
Drivers License Required

Strong understanding of:
- Healthcare issues, information systems, management issues, and current trends.
- Conceptualizing business strategies while implementing information systems and technology strategic direction.

Physical Requirements
Starting Salary: $134,804.80 - $171,870.40
Pay rate will commensurate with experience
