Position Summary/Position


As the Director of Creative Services, you will oversee and support design, branding and marketing activities for IEHP. You will manage a team of visual creators whose goal is to enhance the brand and share IEHP’s Mission, Vision and Values through visual storytelling. 

The Director of Creative Services will manage creative budgets, the video team, the digital media center, and will continue to drive innovative visual solutions to meet the goals of IEHP’s Strategic Plan.

Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)


1. Create and champion opportunities for engaging storytelling across marketing channels.
2. Collaborate with Chief and Director of Communications and Marketing on projects to meet marketing goals and objectives.
3. Drive development and creation of engaging visual content.
4. Meet with internal business units on key projects and facilitate delivery of final product.
5. Lead creative project kickoffs and brainstorming sessions with creative teams.
6. Supervise, inspire, and drive innovation with creative team.
7. Monitor budget and plan for equipment and technical needs.
8. Oversee and troubleshoot daily tasks tied to creative production.
9. Provide analysis to ensure projects represent IEHP’s brand.
10. Suggest changes to workflows to improve efficiencies.

Experience Qualifications


Five plus (5+) years of experience leading and managing creative teams.

Education Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.

Preferred Education


Master’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.

Drivers License Required

Yes, must have a valid California Driver's License.

Knowledge Requirement


Understand the IEHP brand and how to weave brand elements in storytelling. Knowledge of graphic design and best practices. Expert knowledge of filmmaking, video production and technical elements, such as lighting, equipment, software, etc. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat/InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus.

The Director of Creative Services will be skilled at managing a team and driving measurable and meaningful project outcomes. Skillful and creative storyteller who can bring a vision to life. Video production, editing, management and project management skills required. Analytical and insightful professional. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communicator.

The Director of Creative Services should be comfortable speaking and interacting with executives and large groups of Team Members at all levels. Starting Salary: $144,976.00  - $184,849.60  

Pay rate will commensurate with experience
