Position Summary/Position
Under the direction of the IT – Enterprise Application Support Manager, the Analyst I – Business Process Support is responsible to investigate current and proposed points of integration, study existing process, develop documentation and support of interfaces environments that are under the purview of the Enterprise Application Support team.
Major Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)
1. Perform detailed research, root, and impact analysis; compile and organize information; prepare reports, present findings, and recommendations to large and small audiences.
2. Provides support in creating reports, research, documentation for the analysis of business satisfaction.
3. Deep dive to understand how problems occur with applications and how they can be mitigated.
4. Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies.
5. Gather project requirements and document business solutions.
6. Experience developing Business Requirements - project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures.
7. Ability to apply LEAN/A3 methodologies to process and workflow design.
8. Coordinate and facilitate LEAN initiatives in alignment with IEHP Process Improvement efforts.
9. Create and document scenarios and compile test results of end-to-end testing.
10. Conducts data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
11. Provides factual content to feasibility study for standard programs, projects, and enhancements.
12. Assists with the investigation and statement of problems. Escalates issues as appropriate.
13. Communicate efficiently/effectively with all internal/external teams.
14. Create and maintain documentation (process flows, requirements, specifications, gap-analysis, etc.)
15. Identify needs and collaborate on projects to improve support tools and processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Experience Qualifications
An ideal candidate must have at least two (2) years of experience developing multi-tiered, efficient, highly responsive applications.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
Significant experience may be considered in lieu of degree: In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is required.
Preferred Education
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from an accredited institution is preferred.
Drivers License Required
Knowledge Requirement
Principles and methods of systems analysis for data processing – Required.
System analysis, business requirements, software specifications and system integrations. – Required.
Practical experience of enterprise systems (i.e., web based and client hosted systems) – Required.
LEAN/A3 methodologies - Required.
Database design and development (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL) – Preferred.
Software Development Life Cycle methodologies – Preferred.
Principles of sound testing methodologies – Preferred.
Power BI or similar tools – Preferred.
Server-side development and client application implementations. – Preferred.
Skills Requirement

Physical Requirements
Starting Salary: $66,040.00 - $84,219.20
Pay rate will commensurate with experience
