Network Development provides Access to Care by organizing and improving the delivery of cost-effective, quality, accessible and wellness based healthcare services for our Members and Providers within San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
Provider Services oversees a network of Independent Practice Associations (IPAs) and Management Services Organizations (MSOs), including Medi-Cal IPAs, Medicare IPAs, and DualChoice.
Provider Contracts establishes partnerships with primary care and specialty physicians, ancillary medical services, skilled nursing, and hospital providers giving care to our members. Contracts offers the tools and training through in-services and assistance in claims resolution. Contracts performs and manages the negotiations, execution and renewals of contracts with our partners.
